When it comes to large-scale infrastructures, maintaining a generally valid and reliable database of maintenance documents, operating manuals, circuit diagrams, etc., and keeping track of them is almost impossible.

With Eliona, almost any data can be attached to assets and stored in versions. The data can be synchronised via Sharepoint and therefore provide access for various departments in the company (with or without an Eliona login).

On the one hand, the document management is accessible throughout the company. This means that every employee can find the documents they need quickly and easily. Through standardised processing and storage, the company has data ownership, a reliable single point of information and saves time by avoiding laborious version searches.
External service personnel can also access the documents for a system directly online and have all the information in collated form at a glance.
