In most cases, businesses with a large real estate portfolio or providers of facilities management services only have building information available to them in tabular form. Maintaining a full overview of the data, statuses and locations is very demanding.

With Eliona, the entire real estate portfolio can be shown on a map. In addition to this, 2D and 3D floor plans can be integrated into the map and linked to specific building data. This ensures full control over all infrastructures.

Added value

In addition to the rapid overview of all the building-specific data, the current status of the rooms can also be monitored and managed using the map or floor plans. As an additional feature, Eliona offers individually-definable surfaces (polygon structure) which can be stored with rules (for example: CO2 too high > ventilate / too many people in the room > open doors).

Optionally combined with way finding or asset tracking, it is an ideal tool for optimising business processes.
